Returns Made Simple:

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all parts, components, and packaging included. Parts cannot be returned if they have been installed and/or used.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation with your return.
How to Start a Return:

Contact our customer service team at Nate@Z-TRAK.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label.

Securely pack your item(s) in original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.

Print the provided return label and attach the proper label(s) to your package(s). Drop off packages at the appropriate shipper with prepaid labels.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
Prefer a replacement? Let us know, and we’ll send your new item as soon as you drop off your packages for your return.
Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your final refund.
