At Z-TRAK, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer our Risk-Free Return Promise—a hassle-free way to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

Returns Made Simple:

  1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all parts, components, and packaging included. Parts cannot be returned if they have been installed and/or used.

  3. Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation with your return.

How to Start a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at Nate@Z-TRAK.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label.

  • Securely pack your item(s) in original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.

  • Print the provided return label and attach the proper label(s) to your package(s). Drop off packages at the appropriate shipper with prepaid labels.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
Prefer a replacement? Let us know, and we’ll send your new item as soon as you drop off your packages for your return.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your final refund.
